Do what they are supposed to do. they cool quickly and work.We brought them for a rugby club tour and did what they needed to.

Excellent product!
Hugely helpful in the weeks following my knee replacement operation. Easy to pack in a case and super efficient for reducing swelling and, therefore, pain around the scar. Cannot recommend highly enough.
