Q: How do you get replacement keys?

I sent the manufacture an email asking for help.

Q: Is the lock complicated or secure enough for even the smartest toddler or child to not be able to get into?

I personally don't use the key lock. I don't have small children. However it appears the key lock is strong and sturdy. Of course place the key in a secure location. Very good product and I highly recommend it use.

Q: What is the height of the New(MC14020) box with handle up and down?

I measure the handle at highest point (slightly curved) 2" so add or subtract that to original measurements

Q: Is the outside of box metal? Cannot have plastic

The description reads "new version". I can't speak to that. However I purchased this in 2019, it was plastic and smelled HORRIBLE. I left it to off-gas but the smell did not dissipate. I returned it
