Not a great experience
The fan is of average quality. When speed set on greater than 2 the noise level is pretty high. But what annoyed most is their after-sales service quality. It took 4 days and multiple calls [two calls to Amazon and four calls to the brand] to get their Technical Expert to come and undertake the installation. Charged Rs 500 for installation and bypassing the regulator. I will look for other brands next time.
