Good product to prevent grinding
Does what I wanted it to do. If you follow the instructions provided regarding the moulding there seems to be no issue. Like that it’s soft plastic so doesn’t crack.

BE AWARE!!!!
I bought these and followed the manufacturer instructions to the letter. These are far too shallow and don't cover your teeth correctly, your lips get sucked through the top of the guard and causes damage please see pictures provided... I certainly have a very painful mouth now and definitely won't be purchasing again... waste of money and caused me pain

Not recommended
Mine did not arrive as shown boxed, nor was there any reference to Red and Blue. I also found them not to mould to correct shape easily.I have other, more expensive by this manufacturer, which were excellent, but definitely will NOT be buying these again! Feel mislead.

Crap product
Crap product. The guards melted in the cup of hot water if left in for 15 seconds. One of the guards didn't melt - after 10 seconds - but didn't mould. I threw all the guards in the bin.
