It’s lightweight and small. Yet, Navigates over the fabric smoothly ironing out the winkles quickly. Easy to fill and use the steam feature. Then easy to empty. I’m very pleased with my purchase. Temperature control is consistent. IHighly recommend this iron.

The Proctor Silex iron was everything I expected it to be! It heats up very quickly and covers a large surface.Its a little bit longer than my last Proctor Silex iron and it was a little bit clumsy at first but i got used to it and now I love it!!

I never knew I could feel so strongly about an iron, but I love this one! I bought it only because the one I got when I got married broke. I'm a big fan of the electronic settings on this iron. And it warms up quickly. I actually almost enjoy ironing now!

The key to a good iron is the many steam holes on the ironing surface. I had a proctor silex for years that I loved until it stopped working. It also had many steam holes on the bottom.This one is a little heavier than my previous iron but I absolutely love it!It's all about the amount of steam that comes out.

We had a Rowenta for a year and it gave out. We use an iron almost on a daily basis. We use it a lot. We like this proctor and silex iron. It is light weight and does not stick. I only wish it had a retractable cord.

I'm a quilter, sew apparel, bags, wallets, and purses. Needless to say, I'm always ironing and steaming fabric.I purchased this October 2018, and it decided to leak everywhere today (July 26 2019). I had heard such great things from fellow multi crafters, but it did not last. If you can spend the bit extra for a better one

I replaced my broken iron with this one. I like that it heats up quickly and the shape of the iron itself works better for small corners on the clothing that usually get missed. I haven’t tried the steam function yet but simply ironing is a breeze.

I thought this product would be fine, however just weeks after use, it started leaking from the electrical cord and from where the actual iron connects to the base. Water was literally pouring out from where the cord attaches to the base. This is not only dangerous, it's incredibly inconvenient as it obviously drips water all over your clothes.
