SunSpot Essentials - Treatment for Melasma, Skin Hyperpigmentation, Uneven skin tone, Dark Spot Corrector - 60 day supply

I’ve had skin issues since I was a teenager. The latest development over the past few years is a combination of acne and dark spots on my skin. I’ve had to use creams for years and some of the options for dark spots seem really involved. I like that SunSpot is an oral supplement which I take in the morning with my other daily vitamins. I’ve been much more intentional about protecting my skin this past year and SunSpot has been a great tool in helping my skin become much more consistent by reducing the visibility of sunspots, dark spots, and any marks caused by the sun. The biggest challenge here is remembering to take the pill daily!

I live in Los Angeles and my skin rarely gets a break from intense sunlight. When speaking to my doctor about hyper pigmentation he recommended looking up products that have polypodium leucotomos as a main ingredient. After roughly three weeks I started seeing a change in sunspots caused by overexposure to the sun and sun damage. I have other variations of sun block which include zinc which is good too but I’ve been pretty consistent with Sunspot and it’s helping my skin even with the hot, dry heat in LA.

Was skeptical of this at first because I hadn't heard of an oral supplement with skin protection. After speaking with my derm and doing my own research I learned there is a ton of data that supports polypodium and as an ingestible. I've been using this specific brand for months now and my results are noticeable. It took roughly two months of daily use before I really could see the impact.

I use this product daily. Within 3 weeks I started seeing small changes. I'll review again soon as I'm expecting my changes should continue with usage. Excited about being able to see my skin looking full and complete.

This summer has been a little harder to regulate my skin. This march I had my first child and started developing melasma which didn’t despair after the pregnancy like I hoped for. By June my dark spots were more persistent and the timing of summer made them even more pronounced. I’d recommend Sunspot for anybody who’s struggling with regulation of uneven skin. I just bought a second bottle this week.

I'm super happy with this product! My melasma really got bad when I started on birth control. Hormonal changes made my skin crazy and my Dr. recommended this product. Plain and simple: this supplement has really helped even my skin tone and fade the brown patches on my face. I noticed small changes in my skin tone within the first couple weeks. It also just seems to make my skin brighter and just more radiant (not worrying about no make-up days!). Easy to take with my morning vitamins and great results. What's not to love?

If you have Melasma most of your options are topical and have bleaching ingredients. I’m more excited about supplements that are more preventative than reactionary. Sunspot was an easy option for me as my dermatologist kept bringing up polypodium. Over a month of using Sunspot Essentials and I’m seeing solid results without using hydroquinone

I don't normally write reviews but sunspot essentials has served me so well, especially living on the gulf coast of Florida. It has noticeably reduced sunspots in the short time I've been using it. I'll see how the product does with longer use and report back but so far I am impressed with the product.
