Certainly a reduced need to visit the toilet frequently during the dead of night, with the feel and urgency in my bladder much calmer.Easy to swallow, the recommendation is two a day, so the bottle contains a month’s supply. It’s a bit on the pricey side but I’d be more than happy to pay the sum if it ensures a more restful night.

The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 2 months. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your prostrate health.
