I have tinnitus and have multiple types of foam ear plugs and ceramic disc plugs for working with loud outdoor machinery. I wanted earplugs that didn't muffle the sound or change the sound frequency spectrum. We just got back from an ACDC concert. We were up close to the stage and these were great. I could clearly hear the music without it being overly loud, even after 2 hours of high voltage rock and roll. When the concert was over I had no ringing in my ears and my hearing was unaffected. I used these is several loud establishments as well since that can also set off my tinnitus. The added benefit in those situations is I could actually hear my wife talking to me through all the din. Normally I can't hear her at all in this type of environment even if she is shouting to be heard. I brought another backup set of earplugs since I wasn't sure how these would work out. Turns out they are much better than I expected and worked perfectly for me.

I Love these earbuds they are good for when you're mowing a yard or somewhere really loud or anything like that and also not to mention that they're big pretty color but these are a must have if you're a person that doesn't like a lot of noise and also I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that it comes with a carrying case and keychain.
