Clench Resistance Bands Handle & Storage Device - Perfect Ergonomically Designed Portable Exercise Band Handle w/Three Attachment Points (Single)

10 years ago I was training collegiate athletes (D1 to club team) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Now I have a family and run a media production company. I love lifting heavy whenever and wherever I can so I was very curious when I found about the Clench system.The handles Clench have developed definitely solve a serious problem when lifting hard with bands. The rubber of heavy bands can pinch and rub on the skin and this rubbing is the primary limiting factor to getting optimal tension to the muscle.The Clench handles feel great in the hand, are a perfect size for traveling, and do not damage the bands. I mostly use the system at home and when traveling, but I will not hesitate to whip them out at mega gyms too as there are just some movements that can’t be done with dumbbells and cables machines.I have already recommended Clench to a lot of my friends that lift and I anticipate using it for many years to come. I hope Clench can keep innovating and I would love to see a larger “pro version” of the handles that are not necessarily meant for travel and can more easily fit two hands (for exercises like behind the head tricep extension) or allow for attachments like a rope handle. Maybe it could even be made of metal. Thank you Clench for making a great and affordable product and if you are on the fence, just try it out, you won’t be disappointed!

You know how uncomfortable it is to use bands without handles, and how fiddly it is to use - and change - the handles sometimes provided? These have solved that for me. My fitness stragegy is: leave equipment in many places and do sets throughout the day with whatever is at hand. A pull-up band hangs over a beam with these handles. As I walk by, I stop and grab some squats, rows, flyes, whatever, with the stability and assist the bands offer and the comfort and secure grip of these handles.I am buying another set for traveling: a few resistance bands, a door anchor, and these handles.

Not bad. I bought these bc resistance bands tend to be tough on my hands between my thumbs and fore finger. Changing these around for different exercises is a pain. It is easier just to wear padded exercise gloves to protect my hands.

These are 100% form-over-function useless pieces of expensive plastic. The design makes it much more cumbersome to use than snapping on carabiners. I was trying to get away from carabiners. If you are after emulating the X3 bar functionality at realistic price, this ain't for you. I find the product description and most of the reviews misleading and not believable. Very disappointing. On a bright side: The returning was easy.

Managed to rip a 1-1/4" band while using these.

Bought a pair and received these the other day. Exactly what I've been looking for. Have been using gloves and just gripping the band itself. The handles make rows and flyes more consistent and lets you concentrate on the exercise instead of the band tension. They're bigger and heavier duty than I was expecting. Takes a few minutes & a little practice to figure out which angles and grip positions you'll prefer, but no big deal. I also like the wrap up storage & travel feature too. Going to order another pair for myself and a couple for my fitness business.

I was looking for to using this product to enhance my training with resistance bands. In reality, it didn't work out as anticipated. The handles are wieldy to use. I don't get as strong a resistance effort as I do by grasping the band alone. If the length of the handle was reduced to approximate the width of a hand, this would improve their effectiveness. I will keep looking for something that works for me.

Fantastic product! I bought a pair. They have an amazing sturdiness and so useful to do a myriad of exercises with my various resistance and power bands. I am a personal trainer and hence love using a variety in my program. I no longer have to endure the discomfort of handling my hands with my bare hands. These handles have added a whole new dimension to my training. Love the storage aspect too. Thank you!
