I bought my trapeze in May, and one of the ropes that came with it just snapped in half--while I was upside down in it. I busted my face and chest on the steps as a result, and I only weight 135 lbs. Beware of the poor quality!

This yoga hammock is great for beginners. The fabric is parachute material like most travel hammocks. If your familiar with aerial silks, this fabric is totally different; there is no stretch or bounce to it.It's a little small for some moves. I'm only 5ft2 and I can NOT lay entirely down with head to toe support. I just lay with my legs hanging a bit.In general, it's great quality and comes with everything you need to get started! (Except the hardware if you're installing to a beam.)I use the handles on their own as if they were TRX straps and do a lot of exercise that way too. The daisy chains are solid and have lots of loops to hang your hammock from.If you already own a good travel hammock, I'd set it up as a yoga hammock and try that out since it's basically the same thing (lots of easy routines on YouTube). If you enjoy your trial of aerial yoga with a normal hammock then I'd suggest getting this sling for the bonus handles, carabiners, and daisy chains.

I loved this product until the rope failed. I fell on my head and went to the ER. Luckily I only got a concussion. I am not sure if the rope is not marine grade or if it was wear and tear but I would recommend checking for safety before any useage. I could have snapped my neck or worst. It failed after 1 1/2 years use.

We absolutely love these! The price is also amazing for the quality you get and they hold upTo 600lbs! I bought one originally for myself in my room for yoga workouts and inversion therapy. My teenagers were using mine as a swing and lounger, so we bought 3 more and hung one in each of their rooms and added pillows and made hanging chairs! They can swing, exercise and our niece sleeps in it when she is here. Recommend getting cross-fit sturdy ceiling hooks for securing as they worked amazing for us.And I will also say we just sold our home and on the request for items they wish to stay with home are the “hammock/yoga swings” in every bedroom! So we will be purchasing new ones for our new home very soon.

Spend the extra $50 and get an American sold quality product trust me you don’t want to risk purchasing a swing that will break with you in it like I did. The seller said it was purchased over 7 months ago so they won’t replace it the other swing companies guarantee their product for 10 years. It’s not worth you breaking your neck trust me

The sling feels very sturdy, as it is a double layer of fabric. It is not as silky as some of the backpacking hammocks, but it is comfortable to use. My kids and I have been using it since it got here.There was a slight chemical smell when I first unboxed it, but the smell dissipated quickly.
