This large blanket/throw was quite possibly one of the best purchases I have ever made. The design is spectacular with a giant bear filled with smaller animal totems and designs within the bear and in the surround. The colors are spectacular. The look is rustic and camp overall, but should absolutely delight all animal & nature lovers as this is the view of the world, seen through spirit eyes, perhaps. The bear's face is pure soul and this was clearly designed and woven by wonderful people who are pure heart. Craft at this level is artistry done with love. I applaud your team who produce these here. You exemplify the very best of creative merchandise found in our country and others as well. The tradition of weaving spans cultures and helps unite us all. I hope everyone takes a look at your work and buys these for themselves and those they love. The throw is huge, and will be an eye-catcher wherever it is used. I plan to buy more for my home, office, and even to take camping. Thanks again for offering such a large throw at a great price! Can only discribe this blanket as beautiful. Amazing detail and color. Still finding objects, animals hidden within the overall design. Using it as a throw over an oversized recliner chair and fits well. Biggest problem is going to try and which one to get next especially their Christmas selections.

While it's very nice, it looks nothing like the photo. The weave is nice and tight. This is a throw, not a blanket for your bed. I was expecting bold colors of teal, green, gold and copper/red. The whole thing is blue with a bit of terra cotta. Very disappointed. I needed the bold colors.

This is my second throw purchase from Pure Country Weavers. These blankets are very easy care, following their recommended laundry directions. Very good quality 100% cotton. The weave pattern and colors are beautiful. I use one of the blankets over top of my side of the queen bed for added warmth at night, then fold up in the morning - no need for a full-size queen blanket! This throw is great when lounging on the couch, or in my sitting chair. I highly recommend these blankets.

Asked and refunded this throw because the colors on this throw were not as vibrant and it was hard to make out all the items in the throw. (Very Busy). At least it was difficult for me. Otherwise it was a well made large tapestry throw. Fast shipping, easily returned and refunded. In my opinion the only real way to view this large piece is at a distance and you need a lot of room to view it.Both Amazon and the seller were quickly responsive on the return and refund.

Really cool looking blanket. I would have given it five stars, but it’s a lot thinner than I was expecting. I have a weaved blanket similar to this from years ago and it’s way thicker and heavier. I am keeping because it’s for a gift for someone, but a little disappointed in the weight/thickness, especially as the winters are cold here. For someone living in a milder climate it would probably be just right.

I purchased the Painted Hills Sky blanket and it’s gorgeous. Much softer than I expected and the colors are exactly as shown on line. The reverse side is muted but also lovely but there is clearly a front and back as is the case with all tapestries. It looks beautiful on our couch and will be perfect for chilly evenings. Weaving is tight and it’s not too light or flimsy at all. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase!

100% Cotton woven throws and blankets that are truly made of cotton have become somewhat difficult to find, but these made in the US are great with wonderful southwestern designs. However, they have been sprayed or washed with something that leaves a strong odor to which some persons are allergic. The odor so far has continued through three washings with vinegar and odorless detergent.

Had to return it - cheap quality feel about it - loose weave and limp.... sorry - disappointing.
