I've been recently suffering from cystic acne around my chin and my cheeks. I understand hormonal acne is near the chin but I didn't know why I was getting acne in other areas. I decided to give this product a try because of dermatologists endorsing it on Tiktok.Because I usually don't sweat and I workout in the middle of the day, I used to not wash my face and continue on with my day. I learned that this product is good after workouts so I started using it in this way. However, I would just spritz it on my face and not wash/rinse it off. Good news is that my cystic acne disappeared in all facial areas. I still get some acne around the chin but I don't have any on my cheeks. The bad news was that my skin became extremely dry. It was sloughing off like how a snake sheds its skin. So, I highly recommend using this product after you workout and also washing your face immediately after. Since washing it immediately after spritzing, my acne has stayed away and my skin is less dry.I tried using it on my underarms but I didn't notice a difference. The only thing I know is that it is non-irritating.To me, this product smells faintly like chlorine. It's fine but not ideal. My cat even mistakes it for faint bleach as she likes to smell my face after I use it. However, for what it does, I will tolerate the scent as the product is eventually washed off anyways. If you're looking to find an alternative way to help your acne, I think this product is worth a try. It's inexpensive and not irritating (just potential drying).

It’s totally invisible, doesn’t leave a weird flaky residue, and I even spray it over makeup with no issues. Just a heads up: it does have a bit of a “pool” smell at first (like chlorine), but it disappears quickly — and honestly, whatever’s in it works, so I don’t mind.To be transparent, I also drink more water now and take Spironolactone and use Tretinoin, so I know my routine is a mix of things. But this spray plays a big role. I don’t get those deep, painful breakouts anymore — just the occasional small one here and there. I’ve come such a long way with my skin, and I’m really proud of how far it’s come.Also: one bottle has lasted me almost a year, and I still have some left. This truly helps both my teenage daughter and son with different acne issues. My poor daughter was really struggling with black heads and white heads (for well over a year) and the addition of this product literally made a big difference after just two days. We still use some topical medication as well, but that wasn’t doing anything until the addition of this spray. My son works outdoors, plays sports etc and while his issues aren’t that bad this product made a difference for him as well. I have used the Tower 28 spray on myself and this one works just as well if not better for a less expensive price tag. My kids use this twice a day, morning and night with no issues with dryness or irritation. My son sometimes uses it more often when needed.

This is my second bottle and I'm so glad I purchased this! I was using the Tower28 one and tried to find a more affordable alternative. I tried the Briotech one and that one dried out my skin and made it itch a teensy tiny bit. After that I was scared to try other hypochlorous sprays that weren't T28 until I heard my favorite influencers all talking about this one from SkinSmart. I decided to take the risk and I'm so glad I did! My first bottle was the Eczema Therapy one and I'm now using this version but honestly it's all the same to me. If anybody else is hesitant to find a good alternative for the Tower28 spray- SkinSmart is the best!! Honestly my ONLY gripe is that I hate the spray/mister/nozzle. It's not the worst mist I've tried but I wish it was finer like the Tower 28 one. I heard SkinSmart say that you CAN transfer it to another bottle if you use it up in 30 days since the actual original SkinSmart bottle preserves the product until the expiration date, but I personally take a lot longer to use mine up since the bottle is so big. It sucks because I still have my Tower28 bottle, and I technically could transfer it if I wanted to. But I think I'd rather protect the integrity of the product. Therefore I'm writing this here so hopefully SkinSmart will consider updating the nozzle!!

Works well

This stuff has kept my skin clearer than ever for about two years now. I have PCOS and I work in a super nasty and hot and sweaty factory. I use this stuff at my break halfway through my shift, and I'm all set. It makes my skin feel good and refreshed, it dries quick even in the hot humid summer, it isn't sticky, it goes on clear and dries clear as well, and the bottle lasts a long time because you don't have to use a lot to cover your whole face and neck. I noticed the active ingredient is the same as what's in the wound cleaner I have for my cats and dogs that we use for when they get scratches and stuff, so I feel safer knowing that the ingredients are gentle enough like that, because my sensitive skin thrives on this stuff.
