I followed many of the strategies that she suggested and found myself loosing 13 pounds effortlessly without working very hard. The realization that my sugar and fructose addiction were creating murder for me. I quit coffee and tea and found myself with less aches and pains. I wasn't totally true to her menus but adapted them to my life. I have a lot more energy now since I adapted her theories to my life. I am down to my high school weight and have a lot more energy since discovering some of the theories that she applies, I bought another book for my coworker.

Must have book. if you have a hard time loosing weight this is your way out.

Just got it last week and started reading it right way. Makes sense and is written in a way that is easy to follow and understand.
