Poor product quality. You have to pay for shipping for returns.
I received a product that is so low quality that it doesn't match the website images at all. When I tried to return it they want me to pay for shipping back to Hong Kong. They are just some sketchy cheap business from Hong Kong. Don't ever trust these people.
