I purchased this brand specifically because it is known for its quality! I recently had my Vit D levels checked and they were low. I read how important it was to make sure to take K2 with the D3 so it’s really nice these are together. Now I have the family on this and we started out taking 2 pills a day for a week and then 1 pill a day after that. So far we are noticing a small improvement in our energy levels and it’s only been 1 week. Will definitely continue to take this and stay with this brand. The pills are pretty small & easy to take.

Thr pull is small and easy to swallow too. When taking vitamin D you have to take it with K in order for ut to be absorbed properly. Love this supplement.

Like others have mentioned, these capsules don’t appear to be fully filled, but that doesn’t concern me. I have trusted this brand to contain the claimed level of active ingredients rather than bulked up with unnecessary fillers. Seems like quality product and works well. My Lab results showed strong levels of Vit D.
