Nice design but fiddly
Lovely design but have to roll icing/marzipan quite thin. Very fiddly, not good for arthritic hands!

Nice design but not easy to remove fondant from the mould
Tried this for fondant Christmas designs but didn’t find it too easy to remove them from the mould without being distorted. I have purchased the Jem Pad to see if this will help
