so far battery works better but will update if anything changes. first time using one of these products since I can't afford a new phone yet.

Battery never powered on and is way smaller than the original iPhone 7 Plus battery. The packaging was really nice.

I am not sure if the problem was my inexperience or the product (or both) but I was not able to replace my battery with this kit. I previously replaced my iPhone 5 battery with ease but this was more challenging for me. I ended up doing more damage that good. The packaging was nice but I ran into problems removing the phone screen (it may help to loosen the glue with a hair dryer before you try to lift it which is a tip that I found on Youtube not in the instructions) and trying to remove the inner screws. They're small and when I tried to unscrew them I ended up stripping the screws leaving me without a way to remove the battery to try and replace it. The instructions were not extremely helpful. If you are inexperienced and trying this, it might help you to refer to one of the many Youtube tutorials circulating out there.
