I am an extremely upset buyer. I bought this product Aug 30, 2018 with a additional Amazon sold 4 yr protection plan. In Aug 2019 the product hardware failed. I have spent 4+ months working with this Chinese manufacturer to get Hardware fixed, including shipping it to China to replace motherboard and power supply as no one in US could resolve. It was returned in late December with hardware working but with bad software and I cannot get past initial setup screen and it won't load the Windows OS. Now the manufacturer no longer returns email so I have a wasted over $200 on a bad computer and even worse Amazon sold 4 year service plan. This is the risk of shopping on Amazon in my opinion and not buying from a Best Buy with their 4 year Geek Squad protection, I have never had issues with returning products with issues there. This has been an awful experience and cost me time and money with my home business. Lesson learned.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I bought this mini PC about two weeks ago and i took it for a tour to Zion NP. The best experience i have for now is to use it as a video entertainment hub as it supports 4k videos with dual HDMI outputs. Personally, this feature is great for leisure traveling if stays at hotel. So rather than taking a laptop, this mini PC paired with a remote mouse and a HDMI cable should do the work. It is space-saving, light-weight, and yet powerful to deliver good image quality.Here are the points that I love about the mini PC:1.All the four USB ports are USB 3.0 and therefore provide great support for both high-speed data transmission.2.Built-in wifi adaptor which supports both 2.4G and 5G connection so no additional/external wifi adaptor is need. The mini PC also come with Ethernet connection solution. While it do support Gb, my Charter router only support 100Mbs so can’t comment on the specs.3.Plenty of expansion options and relatively easy to do so. It has a TF card slot and 128G TF card is supported. Also, I have already plugged in a 2.5 hard drive, which I took out from an old laptop and used it as an external drive ever since, using the connection cable come with it.Still, here are some improvement suggestion I hope to see in the future:1.It took hours to update Windows, which I guess is main due to its capacity.2.Even though it has a built-In fan the mini PC can accumulate heat when the inside is occupied by additional drive.Overall speaking, it definitely well worth the money.

The mini pc is not working, just connected and turn it on, but it doesn’t show anything only black screen and there is no signal like there is nothing connected

I'm guessing the power supply went out. It will not turn on at all. Have tried everything.

Good to use. I like it very much. Now I can surf the internet without any delays.

I am the office admin at a doctors office with 10 patient rooms. We have a need for a computer in every room and had to do it in a cost-effective way. I purchased these and some monitors and they work so well. They can handle any task we have thrown at it. Very happy I purchased this.

If you are looking for an affordable solution to your media streaming woes this is the product. I loaded it up with tons of movies for my home theater setup and it works like a charm. Just turned it on connected it to the network and connected my external drive and it worked with no issues

I bought two of these. One still works but the other blew an internal fuse on the PCB. I contacted Customer Support and did NOT receive an answer. Be very wary of these.
