If it's good for your fingernails, then your toenails will benefit, too.

Q: I have purchased this before not from this seller from retail store. It was very thin and runny. Is this a thicker creamer cream?

This product is a regular purchase for me from Amazon. The consistency is thick enough to squeeze from a tube into the palm of your hand. It holds it's shape until you rub it between your hands and smooth it onto your arms/legs/hands/elbows/etc.. It is a fast absorbing cream and is not sticky or tacky. The scent is very light, as well.

Q: Does it work with painted nails?

I don't see why not, since it would help the cuticles & skin on your hands. However, I didn't care for the fragrance.
