Dreadful
Boxes were opened to find very damaged beds. Joiner advised not putting it together. Boxes were fine, so logically the damaged beds had been repackaged in undamaged boxes. Shocking. Did get a refund from when explained to Amazon I checked the boxes when they came and they were fine - inside was another story. Kids were so disappointed. Had to buy other beds at short notice and £150 more expensive to remedy the situation.
