Very easy to understand!

Excellent book to learn about IPOs.The book covers a lot of basic stuff but the chapters covering prospectus is very helpful.As an IPO researcher, I had to figure out on my own. I wish I had read this book before which would havesaved me some time.For those interested in IPOs, I highly recommend reading chapters 1-5 carefully. Chapter 9-10 about risk factors and IPO investment strategies are sort of helpful.The IPO Sector chapters a bit basic. I found chapter 19 IPO funds interesting.Overall, still a great book to learn about IPOs. Highly recommend for those interested in learning about IPOs
