knowledge of smaller mixers and a general idea what's going on cause its not in laymen's terms.
I love it. it came in great shape and very fast which is remarkable considering the pandemic going on. very satisfied. and just cause its Behringer doesn't mean its crap. yea I get it, not everything is gold but their mixers are pretty alright. I've never had a problem. its has built in effects which is a plus with a lot of people but for people like me there's inserts on every XLR channel plus the normal effects loop stuff. oh and it has a lot of options to do with everything. u could even take the insert pre or post and a bunch of other cool options. they has slightly smaller models than this and if this price is too high there's cheaper versions with less cool things but even the smaller models has inserts for at least 4 XLR inputs. must get or at least consider. its not a Mackie but that'll be one day. im happy with this for now.

This excellent, feature-rich mixer is perfect for Zoom concerts.
A lot of reviews of this mixer lament the fact that the USB output is only two-track stereo. I consider this a feature, not a bug. Online video conference software like Zoom only allow for 2-track inputs. When using Zoom for music performance with more than two tracks you WANT the output to be only stereo, otherwise you'd have to pre-mix the the sound anyway. There are plenty of options for multi-track recording -- I have Behringer's UMC1820 and an Ultragain for 16-track recording, but when doing online performances I always had to mix the 4 or 5 tracks before the A/D interface and output only two. Now I can easily run 8 XLR channels at the same time into Zoom with just this one mixer.

Stop! Do not buy Behringer Mixer!
The media could not be loaded. I Purchased the older version of this mixer 2 years ago (Behringer Xenyx QX1832USB) for my home studio. After just two years of light use, it suddenly stopped working. The lights pulsate, it makes a clicking sound, and the mixer is completely unstable. So I contacted Behringer about their advertised 3 year warranty.... To my surprise, I learned that the 3-year warranty is only valid if the product is registered within [90 days] of purchase. Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware of this requirement and didn’t register the mixer in time. When I contacted support, they were polite but firm, stating that their policy is strictly enforced and they couldn’t assist me further. I understand the need for policies, but a [90-day registration window] for a [3-year warranty] feels overly restrictive, and done so people never register and never get the 3 year warranty. It doesn't seem right that a well-known company wouldn't expect their units to last longer. It's a shame they trick you with a 90-day registration period to qualify for a three-year warranty. This is advertised on the box and website, but the 90-day requirement is buried in small print somewhere down the page. I thought I was purchasing a quality product. I guess not, if they have to be so shady about it. I have a similar Yamaha and Mackie mixer that I travel with and have had for more than 10 years. No issues. I bought two of these Behringer mixers, one for me and another for a client. I thought they were solid after a year of light use. I guess not.My Advice.... Just buy a from a well proven brand like Yamaha or Mackie. I know its more pricey, buy they will last a lifetime! They will take a beating and keep on ticking! Just google "Behringer Mixer issue" and see for yourself.

Flexible Mixer
Quick, review, I'm very satisfied... I received it late yesterday. Set it up fairly quickly. The quick start multi-lingual manual is on the bad side of OK, but it did help me through initial level sets and some suggested functional configurations. Cutting to the chase, in my home "recording studio" I've got 7 mikes. I needed 3 channels going out to a PA with FX for voice and acoustic guitar, with all inputs going to the main mix. The X222USB's SUB feature, outputs its own mix with FX. Main mix goes out to USB for recording. The X2222 is capable of doing a heck of a lot, and I expect to be doing some exploring. It was a great buy.
