The BEST quality for the BEST value (tested others... I've proved it!)
This kit is awesome... and an amazing value. You can literally get everything you need to diaper your baby until potty-training for around $100 (two or three kits). The prefolds are great. I had some other prefolds I ordreed from another company (which were also the unbleached kind) but they are not as "fluffy" or as absorbent as these. When I put my LO down for the night, I always make sure to reach for the Econobum prefold because she will feel more "dry" in it by comparison. The covers are also great and SOOOO easy. Some cloth diapering moms swear by velcro closures...but I sometimes find the velcro covers (I have several) difficult to get a good fit on a squirming baby... and I'm always questioning whether I have them on tight enough. But not with these... once I know exactly where to snap it for whatever size she is, then I just always snap it there and I'm always in the clear. I have very few leaks or blow outs with these covers... if I do then it's because I might have mistakenly allowed the prefold to "peek" out near her back or around her legs... so always be sure to do a check after you've fastened the cover to be sure it's all tucked in. I started using this kit when my LO was born... had to research a bit to determine the best way to fold the prefolds for a newborn but once I learned it was easy. Some of my "disposable diaper" friends have seen me using these diapers and asked about the cost... when I tell them how cheap I've converted some of them to cloth diapering! I think most moms assume cloth diapers are expensive to get started... and yes, they can be... but I see no need for that. The Econobum kit is literally just as good as all those other "systems" out there for much much less.

Great way to get into cloth diapering
The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because this package does not save money over the one cover and prefolds package, and the included wet bag is not great. As a diapering system, I have found the covers are completely adjustable (I use them on a one year old fulltime, and a three year old at night), the prefolds very absorbent, and both hold up great in the wash. I ended up needing 5 covers to make it work for me, and that is in addition to some other bits and pieces of different cloth systems that I also use to fill in the gaps. I use them for overnights as well, and with a soaker and a fleece liner, the covers rarely leak, and my one year old sleeps for twelve hours. This is a great, inexpensive way to get your feet wet with cloth diapering, and a great value. In order to keep the covers lasting longer, I have been washing them separately either warm or cold with my whites and line drying them, but even with the occassional hot wash, they are weathering just fine.Update: The one year old is now 2 and potty trained (he still wears diapers at night) and I have been using them on our newest baby since she was about 3 months old (now 5 months). The covers had held up great with little or no staining. They are super adjustable regardless of the baby's build and have gotten more use than any of our other cloth diapering products.

Satisfied
These worked really well, they were my first CD purchase. The only complaint I have would be that the prefolds were a little small. We used them for a month or two and replaced them with the bigger Gerber flats. Plan on using them again for our next child during the newborn stage!

One Star
Don't waste your money. All in one pocket diapers are much easier & better to use.

the quality is fine and these might work
With too many choices for cloth diapers, we wanted something really simple and straightforward. These turned out to be so bulky, we haven't use them at all. If you really want the old-school cloth diaper system, and you don't mind the bulk, the quality is fine and these might work.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE!!!!!!!
Just like many others, I too was very skeptical on getting these based on the price, but thanks to the positive reviews, I decided to order these diapers. I didn't have a lot to spend, so getting ones like bumgenious and gdiapers, was out of the question! I have been very skeptical about switching to cloth in the first place, but I have to say I 100% absolutely LOVE these diapers and have completely fallen in love with cloth diapering. I wish I would have found these a long time ago. I bought 2 of these boxes and have more than enough for at home, and then to keep it easier on the sitter, I bought some kushies all in ones. I have to say I much prefer the econobums, they dry and clean easy and fast! My all in ones, take FOREVER to dry. THe only thing I disliked about these is that they only came in white.. I was hopeing to get some colored ones and printed ones. But they work great, no leaks, and were affordable to me, and the other choices where not.

Really good diapers for the price!
I bought these for my 2 year-old son and my baby who's due in a few weeks. I love them for my 2 year-old. The fit really well and are very absorbant. I don't trifold them though. I just fold them in half and lay them in the cover. I found that it contains more poop that way. I do have to use a doubler at night with such a big boy. He's 25lbs and tends to wet a lot at night. They rarely leak (usually my fault if they do) and hold in poop very well. I would suggest buying one or two more covers. The covers wash well and dry fast. I don't know how these would do on a little baby but we are going to try. Love them for toddler!

Not impressed.
The prefolds are small and oddly sized and my little guy grew out of them pretty fast. He's 9 months and about 24lbs -I can't use them with a snappi comfortably anymore and haven't been able to since he was about 5 months. Yet these are not sized as newborn. You can fold them length wise or width wise. Width wise would probably work for a small baby, it's short. Length wise leaves an awkward amount behind- not enough to really fold down but too much to stuff into the cover. And the covers. No elastic on the top in front to keep things neat. Constant leaks. I don't understand how you can NOT get leaks with these. These were the first cloth diapers I bought and they completely overwhelmed me. My husband kind of gave up at that point. Luckily I did not and we are still cloth diapering. I still have these but only use them when there is absolutely no other diaper left. I would not recommend these and don't really understand why people love them.
