This tutu is very cute and stretchable. I ordered both sizes in vivid green, because the personal reviews were conflicting. The regular size will stretch to a size18/20. I took pictures with both tutu's and honestly I didn't notice or feel any difference, due to my size. The plus size does have more stretch for those that need it. I have a 34 inch waistline and the regular size was more than enough. One of the pictures show me stretching the regular size tutu. The color is just like the picture. I'm happy with my purchase. This tutu is short, so if you have a huge butt, it won't cover much. You can shake it to get it to fluff.

Just what I was looking for! I ordered two red tutus and preferred this one due to the puffiness and wide elastic waist band. It fit great. I usually wear a medium in pants and this fit around my waist great. I added white felt circles as I was wearing this as a minnie mouse costume. It did have a strange odor when I first got it. I aired it out for a few days outside and it was fine. I would def recommend

This was exactly what I was looking for. The size however, I think, is a bit misleading. I ordered the plus size because that was cheaper than the regular size and figured I could use safety pins to make it smaller. The size was perfect for me though. I didn't have to do anything to make it smaller. I'm 160 lbs, 5'5", size 10 pants. The length is very short. I wore workout leggings under mine, which were part of my costume. You will DEFINITELY need to wear something under this tutu. My friend also ordered the exact same tutu and she's probably a size 16. It seemed to fit her pretty well. I would definitely order this again.

I ordered this tulle skirt to wear for an upcoming 5K. I looked at a lot of tutus and read a lot of reviews before choosing this one. I ordered and hoped for the best. When the package came I opened it with eager anticipation, hoping it would fit okay and not stink. I pulled it out of the package, gave it a little fluff, tried it on..... BAM!!! SUCCESS!!!! This skirt is FABULOUS!!! It fluffed up beautifully without much fluffing at all. The STRETCHY waist band is great. It feels like a satin-type of fabric, and is very comfortable. It stays on my hips without sliding down, yet it is stretchy enough to offer some flexibility. The tutu is decorative and wide. It doesn't hang down to cover the tush, but rather sticks out. It's very festive and fun looking, and COMFORTABLE to wear over my running clothes/costume. There was NO ODOR that accompanied my fabulous tutu. I received it a couple of weeks before my race. So after my initial try-on, I hung it up in an open space. It seems to have fluffed out even more after a couple of days of hanging out in the air (indoors). I can't wait to wear it for the 5K! It's this weekend, so I'll post a picture after I've got the costume all put together.

This tutu was purchased for the sole purpose to wear on a cycling charity event and it did the job! It was big enough to be seen and was a good laugh (the intent was to make people smile) while not getting in the way of the bike ride. It will likely be used again in a future sporting event.

Not as thick as pictured. Glad I bought two to give it that thick poof look!!
