Highly recommended!
From the moment when you'll open your amazon delivery box, you'll thank yourself that you got a GOOD NAME Brand & QUALITY product for $49. They come in very good packaging, clear, easy to understand instructions/guide. The plastic case, buds & rubber tips are VERY VERY HIGH QUALITY for $49. Plus, the they have 8mm drivers, which is GREAT!Specifications:Speaker: Φ8mm Dynamic (most of the wireless earbuds in the market packs 6mm driver), Neodymium Magnet, 20Hz-20kHz, 32 ΩOutput: 103±3dbBluetooth Version 5Range: 30+ ft.Support Protocols: HSP/HFP/A2DP/AVRCPMore info: https://www.jlabaudio.com/products/jbuds-air-true-wireless-earbuds-charging-caseThings I love about them:::= Sound quality: It's balanced, rich and fuller. Very good amount of mids, balanced highs and good enough lows and bass. Bass is not very punchy. Overall, I love how they sound + you can change the sound signature by tripple clicking either of the buds. You can choose between Jlab Signature/Balanced/Bass Boost. I personally like Jlab Signature. It's V-shaped EQ, I prefer this. Check this spotify playlist created by TLD (Jonathan Morrison of YouTube): https://open.spotify.com/playlist/3wmqwmIrP6MFizjiyM7k6y . I've listened all these tracks with these buds connected to MacBook Air and they sound AMMMAZING!!= Call quality: I haven't receive any complaints from my wife, so I believe they sound good. You can ONLY use right earbud for calls, thats a bummer. Call sounded very good coming from the bud, even on NY subway stations.= Build quality: Its a QUALITY product. Feels VERY good comparing to any of those other unknown chinese brands. They are very high quality earbuds, case & rubber tips.= Functionality: I prefer touch control, but there is always risk of accidental touch on them. These buds have very good button. They are not firm, easy to press and have rubber Jlab logo. And because the buttons and buds are BIG, they are easy to hold and press. I was able to use all of the controls quite easily. On RT bud: Click x1> Volume up & answer call; Click x2> Trigger Siri/Google assistant & end call; Click x3> Toggle between 3 EQ; Click & hold for 1 second> Next track & reject call.On LT bud: Click x1> Volume down; Click x2> Play or pause; Click x3> Toggle between 3 EQ; Click & hold for 1 second> Previous track.ONE thing to note, although these have volume control, it is NOT earbuds volume, you will actually control the volume of the device. They don't have independent volume. On high end earbuds/headphones, they have own volume, independent of the device volume.= Battery life and charging: 3-4 hours. You should be able to finish 2 movies depending on their lengths. They charge quickly, 15mins of charge will give you 1 hour worth of playtime. Included USB cable in the case is a good touch. I love it.= Fit in ear: They came pre-installed with medium ear tips. But I felt comfortable with smaller tips & without the rubber fin. With the fin, it does not fit in my ear very well. The rubber fin makes them more bulky.= Connectivity: VERY VERY good. I use them with Google Pixel 2 XL phone, Samsung Tablet, MacBook Air and my Samsung TV. I HAVEN'T yet encountered ANY connection drop yet! Which is AMAZING. The left did reconnected 2-3 times, but it happened within a second. So far, connection is SOLID! As good as my Sony over-ear headphones.Things I don't like:= Size: They are bit big, bulky and not very ergonomic. And the bulk does not provide any extra battery life. I guess 8mm driver makes up for it. The case is FAT too. It is NOT comfortable in a jeans pocket. I REALLY WISH these bud were little smaller! And I wish the battery life was little longer than 4hr in single charge.= During standby (not playing any music/video), the white LED on both buds stays ON (constant on). It looks weird when you have both buds on your ear and not playing music, the white LED stays on!In the end, I think they are THE BEST earbuds from a reputable audio company for less than $50! The quality it provides at this price, is remarkable. I don't why I didn't get recommendation about these earbuds before. I had to try and return two other off-brand earbuds.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these without any hesitation.

Fantastic for exercise; superb value
I've had these for about a month now and love them. I got them because I wanted a truly wireless set of headphones for running and the gym, and I didn't like any of the wire-behind-the-neck bluetooth options. I also don't like the way airpods look or cost, so I took a flyer on these - I used to have a set of conventional earbuds from JLab and also liked those. The JBuds Air True have now become my main set of earbuds for not only exercise, but when I am on the go.First and foremost, they stay in my ears when I am jogging or doing vigorous exercise at the gym (including box jumps, pushups, etc). I did need to use the rubber "gasket" rings they include to really get them snug. The size feels just right - not monstrously large like some earbuds, but big enough to be secure. Second, they are pretty much plug and play, and they worked out of the box. They easily connected to each other and easily connected to the phone. Lastly, as of now, you just can't beat the value for the price at 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of other high end wireless ear buds. The charging case is great - it feels solid and seems to charge well. It also reduces the chance of misplacing these guys.Separately, early on I somehow managed to de-link the two earpieces and couldn't figure out how to reconnect them myself. JLabs' support was super prompt, clear, and effective (and free) and quickly solved my issue. If there is any criticism, the sound quality is only OK - it's a bit tinny, although supposedly it gets better after break-in. However, I didn't get these for hi-fidelity - I use different headphones for that.I would say JLab knocked it out of the park with these, and I highly recommend them for exercise.

Compared to Apple Airpoids
I have Apple AirPods which I think are great but I am one of those people who have large ear canals or something. They don't fit all that well and I was tired of them falling out so I needed an alternative. Here is a comparison to AirPods.1. Sound: I think both have great sound. For me since, the Jlabs had customizable tips, the sound is better since the seal is tighter and I don't have to readjust constantly. The bass is very good. The sound is balanced.2. Pairing: if you have iOS, nothing compares to the ease with pairing with AirPods. Having said that, the Jlabs are pretty good once you do the initial pairing. It takes a few seconds longer but they do pair automatically with your phone once you open the case. AirPods are better at switching from phone to iPad or other apple devices understandably.3. Fit - as I said more options with Jlab. I hate the way AirPods fit. I tried running with the Jlabs -- not great. I think I have to switch out the tips. Because the Jlabs sit a little top heavy in the ear, with jogging it can dislodge. I'll try different tips.4. Case - Apple wins. The Jlab case works well enough but I am not sure why it as to be so big. You can put it in your pocket but it is big and bulging and not something you want to cary around in your pants pocket.5. Range - Jlab has about 1/2 the range. Doesn't matter to me though, I don't tend to keep the phone far away from my headphones.6. Battery - not as good but very good nonetheless. Depends on how much you listen but I can go for days with one charge of the case.7. Price - Jlab so much cheaper. I don't think the advantages of the AirPods are worth $100 more.I'd highly recommend these. If I had to do it over, I would skip the AirPods and get these at a fraction of the price.
