This Insta Por lid fits perfectly! Just got my 6qt Rio Chefs Insta pot. Great addition!!A little expensive, but it’s really good quality.

Fits my 6-quart IP perfectly, it eliminates having to keep the heavy lid on when serving food right out of this while on warm setting, fits perfect, has that nice steam vent to reduce condensation inside the pot. Easy to clean (hand wash) see through glass lid with metal ring and heat proof handle. Nice addition to the instant pot and its flexibility. Aloha

When my Ninja Foodi Smart XL Pressure Cooker started showing an error code that indicated the circuit board was going, I decided on the 8 qt Instant Pot Pro as an alternative. Since I often use my pressure cooker for steaming vegetables I grow, and the instant pot doesn't use pressure for steaming, it didn't make sense to have to clean the pressure lid every time I used the unit for steaming. I tried a few of the vented lids that I have, but none of them fit this pressure cooker.So, I decided to buy this vented glass lid to use instead which is much easier to clean than the pressure cooker lid. Although I do have to store another lid, this one works with this pressure cooker, and cleanup is much easier since the pressure lid doesn't have to be cleaned and dried. In addition, the condensation cup doesn't collect anything so it doesn't have to be cleaned, and the preheat time for steaming isn't any longer than when it is using the pressure lid. So far, I am very happy with this glass lid, and would recommend it. This lid is useful for any of the functions that do not require pressure, such as sauté, bake, steam, and slow cook.I hope this review was helpful for you.

I purchased 2 Instant Pots locally on sale. Buying 2 gave me 2 of everything and most importantly an extra stainless pot for dishwasher rotation. I only cook 2 to 3 times a week. Having 2 Pots going at once with a set and forget cook pad keeps me from burning everything. (Guys do that a lot!) Also, when one breaks (and it will) I'll have spare parts for the other. I was immediately impressed by the quality of the machine. Fit and finish is world class! Immediately ordered all the Instant Pot accessories for it. What's great is that Instant Pot includes TWO screens, TWO egg holders, etc.. One is high, one low. This works out perfectly for me because I have TWO Instant pots! I order one accessory and get two. One for EACH of my Instant Pots=Happy Boy:) The Instant Pot accessories I received were 1 or 2 levels below the quality of the Instant Pot itself. The 2 piece strainer is delicate with unevenly stretched out wire screen. (Think Dollar Store quality.) Egg holder broke it's delicate weld when I straightened out its crooked leg. The leg was spot welded crooked not bent during shipping. One or two of the items came in plastic bags. (No box?) The glass lid works but fits poorly. Almost 1/2 inch gap when slid side to side. Handle is on an angle because glass lid it's riveted perpendicular to is not uniform across the top. The accessories work but aren't the same quality as the Pot itself. I would compare different accessories to see which one is best. Some appear to be less expensive, too.

Well made, good quality, perfect size for my new Insta Pot Pressure Cooker. Fair price and will be easy to wash or clean. Looks nice and will be easy to use and see through for certain things when not pressure cooking./
