Excellent kit!
Great little box (and it is very small). Set up was quite straightforward and took about 5 minutes in total. Simple to use and speeds are ok when streaming Netflix and BTSport. Look forward to testing it out when I'm travelling with my Firestick. Really impressed so far.

Does what it says
A few difficulties setting up but once up and running I have not had a problem with Sky or BT sports being blocked. (these are the only programmes I stream). Would recommend to anyone who wants to switch on and see what they want without hassle.

VPN for Smart TV has arrived
Great VPN at a great price. Perfect for Smart TV’s where you are restricted to use VPN apps. As it uses an internet browser to select VPN without an app does the job fine allowing VPN connectivity

Neat little device for improving your online security and privacy
Only been using a couple weeks but haven’t noticed any speed issues. would like to see an app rather than using the browser based gui but it works

Great buy
Brilliant piece of kit. Got it working in a few minutes - really easy to set up. Have used other VPNs in the past, but this is one of the only ones that works with all the apps I want. WiFi range is pretty good and customer service have got back to me within a few minutes the few times I got in touch!

Terrible
Unfortunately from the beginning I encountered problems with this product. Installing took hours!! Online help was slow and did not seem to address the problem fully. Eventually got the pyramid box to work after 24 hours of tweaking it. Then the company had running issues and had to upgrade their servers. From that day it stopped working altogether!!! I emailed for assistance but it was either ignored or of no help. Eventually the pyramid box ended up in my refuse bin!!! A complete waste of money. I have now successfully installed a great vpn directly onto my system. One note regarding the pyramid box...when it did temporarily work it was a pain to log into. Ideally once you set up a system and initially log in then it should continue running in the background without any further input. I would not recommend this product. I may have received a faulty box but I was not offered a refund so I my experience it was a complete waste of time and money.
