I had to stop taking this for a month because of some health testing that it would have affected. During that month my stomach bloated so much more than it had been. Once I was able to take this again, bloating was so much better.Update: I love this product, but this seller is price gouging. It is 30% cheaper at a practitioners office. I am a pharmacist and I would suggest dont take any of these or any medications that you see online. One of my family members bought these and she had to go to hospital. All these products you see online or even from big pharma are BS. Nothing is better than eating healthy, getting well sleep and exercise.

I liked this supplement so much I gave it two tries, but each time it gave me really severe, cyst-like acne. I stopped taking it weeks ago and some of the deep acne is still there (although it is dwindling in size). So frustrating because my bloating had gone way down and everything was working out really well gut-health-wise. If you aren’t prone to acne, definitely give this a shot. I’m going to try some other butyric acid supplements instead. For what it’s worth, I suspect (based on some googling) that it was the Vitamin E that made me break out, not sure though.
