Exactly right for this old lady.
I've had this tool set for a month now and have used various tools 5 or 6 times. I'm a 70 year old lady who tries to take care of minor home repairs myself and so far I've found everything I've needed in this set. The case is durable and convenient.

LOVE this set!Bought this to have a “small” tool kit for our travel trailer. What a pleasant surprise! It’s small and compact in size, but has everything you could possibly need!

Not highest quality, but CONVENIENT tool set to have!
If you're anything like me, you might already have a few random, tools loose in a drawer somewhere. Those are fine, but I really wanted to have an actual, complete set of tools in a box that I could easily grab whenever I needed - enter this tool set. Rather than a traditional tool box, this set comes in a "bag," which I would actually consider more like a large binder because it folds open like a book. In my opinion, the bag does look a little cheap because of the faded way the words on the front are stamped, but the material looks reasonably durable, and it includes a handle as well as a zipper that goes all the way around so you can close it completely. The drawback to using a bag like this is that it is not very roomy, so you probably could not put that much else inside - instead, elastic holds each tool to its own spot, so the spacing is very specific. However, the benefits include a much more organized kit, as well as a "container" that is lightweight and slim, so it is easier to bring along and fit into tight spaces. A box might be more durable, but I could bring this set on a trip in my luggage if I needed to!The tools themselves are not the highest quality. When I opened my bag, the wrench looked strange, so I asked my dad if it was supposed to look like that. Turns out it somehow came disassembled! Luckily, I had opened the bag carefully so nothing had dropped out and I was able to find the THREE different pieces that had "broken" off. I was able to put it back together relatively easily (I don't use tools so I had to figure it out), but to me, that indicates that either it was already like that when someone put it in the bag or more likely, it was able to become like that just through transit! Clearly, neither should have occurred! Nonetheless, for the most part, even though they might not be the "best," I think they are decent and will suffice for basic use. Obviously, these are not the tools an experienced handyman might use, but for just a general set of tools around the house they should be fine.I did have one confusing discrepancy with my kit. On the back of the bag is a sticker with a list of contents, with the first item being a "voltage tester." I did not know what a voltage tester was, but through process of elimination, I was able to realize that my kit did not include one. There was, however, a type of tape included that was not listed. After checking the online listing again, it seems like my set does match the one pictured, so it is the list itself that was wrong. I find that "mistake" to be somewhat annoying because trying to find something that did not exist was a waste of my time! I do appreciate having a list so it is easier to keep track of all the various tools (although It would have been nice if it were more permanent than a sticker), but it is not as useful if the list is wrong - to me, this careless detail does show how much thought went into this product and the quality level as a whole. This is not a tool set I would give away as a gift. But despite its flaws, the sheer convenience of having to order only one thing, which includes a full set of basic tools you might need and then some, all neatly organized in a handy bag, outweighs the negatives for me. I would recommend everyone to have a complete collection of tools in their house, and this set makes it easy.DOWELL Tool Set 126 Piece General Portable Household Hand Tools Set With Tool Bag Storage Case

Looks like a used item
I bought this tool set as a gift for my husband for Fathers Day and gave it to him when it arrived today. Some of the tools inside look used/dirty. The nose plier is actually rusty, the hammer looks like its been used or is not of good quality. The thread tape had been pulled off the roll and tried to replace back. It's embarrassing to give a gift that looks of lesser quality and/or used.
