Never would have bought this if I knew it had so much corn starch. Why so much corn? I wish I would have noticed the ingredients list was in one of the photos. I did not see a list of ingredients in the description. Foods like this should really have a text list of ingredients. People that eat gluten free often have other food allergies. Can't recommend.

I told my son I was going to serve gluten-free gravy. After he tasted it, he said he was ready for it to taste bad, but that he actually really liked it. I really like it, too. I need gluten-free meals so I need to serve things that my family likes and are safe for me. This really fits the bill. Not as great as made from scratch, of course, but a very acceptable shortcut for week nights. They suggest making it with water or broth; I always use canned broth.

As my husband and I are both gluten sensitive, I purchased this product so we could enjoy gravy on our mashed potato. It was lacking flavor, and did not thicken properly. We did eat the masked potatoes, because we do not like to waste food, but, we're very disappointed that this was passed off as Full Flavor gravy when it was just a little more than flavored water.

Works just like the real thing. Does not have gluten.

My husband is gluten sensitive, dairy sensitive, and diabetic, so it's hard to find things like mixes you can buy off the shelf that he can eat. This mix is one of those things - thank goodness! I use it whenever he needs a gravy and I don't have time to make it from scratch. The taste is pretty good and it tastes like chicken gravy. Normally, I use it on top of turkey meatloaf muffins to flavor it and he says that they taste like an open faced turkey sandwich (without the bread, of course).

Great gluten gravy! Even better, this is my secret to great gluten free chicken dishes, right is here on Amazon. Everything tastes better and has a great texture. When I add it to a chicken and rice recipe, I subtract a bit of rice from the ingredients. Go ahead. Experiment with it. This product never let me down. If I don't burn it, the results are company ready and they are clueless that this is gluten free.

My entire family has been gluten free for 8 years now and believe me, we've tried all of the gravy mixes out there! Adding gravy really makes the meal seem 'normal' but only when it's good stuff. This fits the bill perfectly. It's rich flavor is a match for the old-fashioned stuff we used to get as kids. We no longer need to miss it :)
