The MICRO 100 MEF-062-350K miniature, nACRo - Aluminum Chromium Nitride coated solid carbide, 2 flute, hard milling end mills. Designed and engineered for semi-finishing and finishing milling applications. Extra fine carbide end mill allows for exceptional performance in soft to hard materials including materials heat treated from 45-68 Rc! This product line features 1.5 to 12x reach lengths. nARCo coatings are extremely heat and scratch resistant providing exceptional performance for those "tough and difficult" materials where temperatures increase dramatically during machining applications. This type of coating also promotes tool life and allows for faster feeds and speeds. Applicable with oxidation temperatures up to 1100° C or 2102° F. nACRo coatings are best suited for aluminum alloys, steels, carbon steels, stainless steels, hardened steels, nickel alloys, cast irons, titanium, and most high temperature alloys.
