Doesn't work for me
Bought this to use with iPhone 7 but I keep getting an error message saying it's not compatible with this device and my music stops playing.

Does not work - Apple says should not be sold for their devices
Purchased for iPhone XR, it is listed in the description as being compatible, however they are NOT compatible, error on both This Accessory Is Not Supported by This Phone. Reviewed with Apple they said they are not MFi, (Made For i(Phone, Pad, etc)). Said these devices should not be documented to work with Apple devices. I contacted seller twice - no response in the span of 3 days. Don't Buy!

Not supported on iPhone 8
Not supported by my iPhone 8. So this was a waste of time and money.

It works...for a few seconds
I get this error message every 30 seconds, "this device is not supported by Apple." If you disconnect it and plug it back in, it will work...for another 30 seconds. Waste of money. I wish there was the option of providing no star instead of one in order to write the review. I have the iPhone 7.

Both did NOT work upon arrival
Clueless how these have so many positive reviews unless they were paid for reviews. Both adapters did not work upon arrival. They worked for 5 minutes then stopped working and the dreaded "This device is not supported" message appeared on my iPhone 7. So frustrating!!

"This accessory is not supported"
My brand new iphone throws a message that the adapter is not supported, and it isn't lying.Sure, they work in some very specific cases, like not moving your phone, the adapter, or your headphones, but they hiss and crackle pretty noticeably even when working. Move any part of the connection and the connection will fail and music will start to come out of the phones speakers instead.Look elsewhere for an adapter.

Doesn’t work with iPhone XR
These don’t work with the iPhone XR, can’t speak for other iPhones. It plays music for maybe 20 seconds then the phone says device is not support it and stops working. If you unplug it and plug back in you can sometimes get a song or two to play before it stops working but it’s not worth it to me, should’ve gotten the officially licensed one I guess.
