I absolutely think this is the best Iron I've taken. I had problems with anemia and was recommended this iron to take. It is gentle on my stomach and has never caused constipation. I took two a day and now my oncologist has pulled it back to one. Highly recommend.

You will wish you started it sooner. Improves symptoms quickly, easy to take, and has a higher quality source than other options. I have a sensitive stomach and it does not upset it. I've seen my bloodwork improve with before/afters on this.

I had blood work done and was told my hemoglobin levels were low and I needed to increase before surgery. I took this vitamin 3x a day and in less than a month was able to raise my hemoglobin from a 11 to 13 which gave me the approval I needed for surgery. I still continue to purchase to help keep my hemoglobin level where it needs to be. Didn’t have any side effects that you can usually expect from iron such as nausea or constipation.

I have had labs done by my hematologist, who recommended I take some iron supplements for my anemia. I decided to give these a try as the reviews were very good. My iron and ferritin have significantly improved from my last blood draw, and I am very pleased with these results. I love that it is not just iron that is in this supplement, but it has Vitamin C, B12, and Folic Acid, as these vitamins are crucial for the blood.However, I only gave it 4 stars because the taste is absolutely disgusting. So, if you are very sensitive to how a supplement tastes and you are not able to power through it, I would highly recommend that you choose another brand. However, since I got my Iron levels up, I do not have to take these supplements as much as I used to.
