World Traveler 22-inch Zebra Print Duffle Bag, Black and White with Purple Trim

I received my bag a day late and when I received it the bag wasn't the color I expected !'n the inside was a pretty purple which I really like but the outside trim was a lighter purple almost like a blue!!! It almost looks like the trim of the bag was faded!!!Very unsatisfied !!! I would like to know how to send back and get my money back!'n

Some review of this bag said it stunk and they couldnt use it. Yes, when I opened it, it smelt strongly of new plastic. I opened up all the compartments and let it air out for a couple weeks before putting any of my belongings in it. I wanted a nice large bag for a small price to take to the hospital with me when I go into labor, and a bag that stood out and said "Im HER bag, dont let me be left behind anywhere!"As for being made mainly of plastic, it seems like a well put together bag. I dont think it would stand up to tons of abuse, but for mild usage and needing lots of space this is a great buy. If you expect a bag to come smelling like anything other than plastic, dont buy a plastic bag. Also, if you think this is going to stand up to regular usage and being dragged or tossed, I think you may end up irritated when you find a rip.The zippers all work great, and this bag really is huge. I think Id have fit plenty in a 19" but the 22" is nice :)

I received a defective bag from Jenzy's and asked to return it. They agreed because I contacted them within the 30 day return policy and I received a return label. However I mailed it after 60 days and they would not accept it. They told me it was the companyies policy not to accept anything beyond 30 days and would either return the defective bag to me or keep it. I told them to keep it. Therefore I paid for a defective bag and postage to return it. I feel they could have been more helpful since the bag was defective.

Pros: This bag is very functional. It has many pockets and holds a lot of stuff. I used this bag when I was in the hospital with my baby. it held my stuff and his stuff with space to spare. The colors are very bright and vivid.Cons: It did have a smell to it at first. I sprayed Febreeze in it, and the strange smell was gone.Final Recommendation: I would recommend this product for anyone going on a weekend trip or having a short hospital stay with baby.

A little cheap in quality but it serves it's purpose for my 9 yr old cheerleader. Not bad.

It's a GREAT bag - my daughter loves it, but it has smelled AWFUL since the moment we opened the box! We purchased two bags - both were in individual plastic bags and both were damp when we opened the plastic. They both smelled TERRIBLE! We have tried to spray them with fabric spray, put dryer sheets in the bags and even placed them outside hoping they would air out - nothing has worked yet. We have had the bags for over a month and they still have the odor. Again....a GREAT bag if you can ignore the smell :(

I was happy with the room this bag had, but it smelled like moth balls and I was unable to get the smell out.I ended up having to throw it away.

Bag was a good size and the two compartments in the front. Bought it for a gift and they loved it!!!
