Let me first say that I typically don't leave reviews... but in this case, I couldn't help myself. The service provided by this seller was so superb that I I needed to at least say something.First of all, I have never bought anything like this online or in a physical store before so I had no idea what I actually needed to get to match what was in my head. Not only was the seller (Jack) patient with me in explaining the different options, but he even upgraded me to a different type of crystal than I originally wanted because it would better fit what I wanted to do.The product itself is awesome! It arrived almost a week before the estimated delivery date and Jack even followed up with me to make sure that everything was good.

The end product is as promised. I have 2 of these,1 for each of my golden retrievers and both came out perfect. The quality to value is as good as it gets.

I bought a pair of these for a Christmas gift for my mother, the images turned out beautiful. The seller contacted me via email to confirm the cubes turned out right.

It's nice for the price but I got to admit I was sorely disappointed that it was replicated in 2D. The post specifically stated 2D/3D which I took to mean they transform a 2D photo into a 3D etching. They did blank out the background before etching into the block but not on the 2 free gifts (key rings). They are pretty hard to make out given the size and the (included) background. BUT - they were "free", so overall the purchase was "okay", just should have been advertised more clearly.

This was absolutely breath taking. Better than the picture. I love it! Great buy and fast shipping. Awesome seller with great and fast communication.

It was perfect! The crystal is flawless, the picture looks amazing and Jack is so good to work with! It was nicely packaged and product gets done in a very timely manner.
