It's a great chair. Large and comfy. Was very easy to put together. I pulled out the foot rest and took a nap in it today. Very happy.

MODEL: Gray and Black, thick cushion, no chair-seat wings.I wanted to like this chair, but there's a lot that I strongly dislike about it... putting it lightly.Pros:-Large-Cushion is alright-Tilts back a lotCons:-LIGHT: it WILL fall forward when you try to scoot forward, if you're anywhere near the weight this chair is designed for. I've nearly bashed my face into my desk four different times in a week now, just from trying to either lean forward or scoot closer to my desk.-DEFECTIVE: My personal chair was made incorrectly. The back of the seat's screw-holes are off-center and crooked, so the back of the chair is tilted to one side. The leather cover at the base of the chair doesn't even reach to the underside of the cushion where it's supposed to velcro.-MISSING PIECE: My chair is missing its plastic gas pump sleeve.-FOOTREST: Not only was the footrest bar SO hard to install that I thought my screws were incorrect lengths [I had to weigh it down with my foot to get it close enough to screw in], but the footrest is nearly impossible to slide in and out. Maybe I got bad bearings, but it's SO bad... I've cut my finger three times fighting to slide the footrest out. This footrest is ESPECIALLY scary with the added lightness of the chair. I don't dare lean back to max length in this chair, I know it will fall backwards with how light and unbalanced it is.-'Every part is adjustable.' ... No. No, that is a blatant lie. The tilt-back on the back is adjustable, and the height is. That's IT. I thought this chair would have a seat-cushion-tilt feature, be able to sit lower than it does, and that the arm rests would be adjustable. The seat-cushion-tilt is especially missed because this seat tilts in a way that hurts my legs.-The lumbar cushion is a loose cushion. If you ever lean forward, good luck re-adjusting it back every time you do.-ARMRESTS: wiggly and crooked-CUSHION: I'm only 240, well under the weight advertised for this chair. The cushion is painful to sit on for more than 30 minutes or so.I feel like I was cheated out of $240. This chair is maybe worth $100, and I literally cannot use it. It's been delegated to the 'corner chair' and I had to return to my torn apart old junker. I can't even return it because I have no way of removing the gas cylinder. I tried.

Looks like there are multiple models of Killabee chairs being reviewed here (the Amazon page I bought it from did have different models listed) so for clarification, my review is for the 8212F model (as listed on the Killabee website).Pros:- Package arrived early which was great- Sturdy. No parts are loose. I'm 340lbs and 6'3", I don't feel like this thing is going to break on me (even when reclining and putting my legs up on the footrest.- Comfortable and roomy. I've taken a nap in this thing when reclining. I'm fat and this chair is not a tight fit.- Adjustable reclining angle. Choose whatever angle you like and lock it in. The fact that the backrest is tall is also nice because I can actually lean my head against the back and use the pillow that came with it.- The armrests have joints and automatically adjust when reclining. This model does not have 3-Dimension adjustable armrests (which is a pro for me since those are usually less durable and the chair is wide enough that the armrests do not touch my body. Other people might want to adjust their armrests, if you do, get a different model.)- Quick and easy to put together.Cons:- The plastic cover for the gas lift was not in the package. It isn't a critical piece of the chair so not too big of a deal, but -1 star for that.- The footrest does not slide out easily at all. Takes a bit of work to get it out. This isn't a major problem either since I don't plan on having the footrest out too often and it wasn't a selling point for me to get the chair. But if it was easier to use I could see myself using it more often. This would be the other -1 star for me.Overall, a great chair and an affordable price for a "big and tall" chair. Unfortunately for me, I should have waited 2 weeks to order it because now the chair is listed for $199.99 on the Killabee website and I could have saved $40. But hey, sales happen and I just bought it at the wrong time. I've only had the chair for about a week, so maybe after a few months I will write another review on it.

arrived in relatively good order box was a little damaged in shipping but all the parts were present no biggiewas easy to assemble took about 15 - 20 minutes structurally not bad reclines welli'm 5'6 220lbs supports me easilyhowever i feel the foot rest is crap very flimsy and doesn't slide out or in very wellthe arm rests are too short with the seat back upright the sides push my arms forward and my wrists hang off them 2-3 inches and my biggest complaint is the padding they advertised memory foam I have a memory foam mattress this seat is definately not its a very firm seat padding you might find at a doctors office not nearly as comfortable as i hoped overall i wont recommend this product you will probably be better off getting an office chair from staples

If i had written this review the day i assembled the chair, it would have gotten 5 stars. It looks great and the components while definitely from China did seem fairly robust. Unfortunately after nearly 3 weeks of daily use I already see signs that this chair is not even as durable as the 100 dollar Walmart chair it replaced.I work from home so the chair gets a full 8 hour per day of use and the seams on both arm rests are already starting to come apart. The chair says it supports 400lbs... I am 260 and can only imagine how this chair would hold up to a bigger person.I actually like the design and size and really wish the arms were more durable or they offered replacements but as it stands i cannot give anything more than one star for a 250 dollar chair that starts to fall apart after 3 weeks.

easy to assemble but foot rest screws are too short and hard to pull after install.poor quality, hand rest leather came with a hole.
