Light and portable
I used quite a few different vacuums. And I have settled with canister and stick. They are both light weight, portable and convenience to use.I was using Shark IONFlex DuoClean for about ten months. It was great until its brush was stuck with hair and dust and now it keep stop every running 2 mins. It's design was flawed. Hair and dust just keep accumulating on the side of the roller. It was fairly powerful, just doesn't last time.I am now using this so call A9 stick for couple weeks. It is much lighter than the IONFlex. The brush is shorter which make it easier to go under furniture. It has 2 level of suction to choose from, which I found out that the low power mode may extended the run time a little. It somehow not powerful enough for most job. I recommend it stay at t he high power mode all time. There is two major advantage of this vacuum stick. First it is wall mountable! It does not able to stand on it's own. However you can wall mount it with the charging accessory when comes free in the box. Which save up a lot of space and you just got a fully charged vacuum every single time. Well done.Secondly it is very useful for vacuuming my vehicles. It may not be extremely powerful, but it is so light and cordless that I won't mind using it to detailing my car. However there is a little minor flaw. The brush is kinda light, and you need to look and make sure it actually go over the area. And the front LED light is distraction. I just hope I can that thing off. Overall, I still think it worth like 4.5 stars.

Please Save Your Sanity
Purchased December 29, 2018, collar on downtube broke six months later. Over 20 phone calls later, returning product to Asurion and then having it returned unrepaired, taking phone call updates on the repairs that were not going to be made and accumulating several hours being placed on hold.Puppyoo won't return e-mails or international phone calls so I caneffect repairs, it's making me pull my hair out! Puppy yoo does not give a dang about customer satisfaction or quality control of their products. A very sad commentary about an Amazon supported company.

Suction is weaker than described, poorly made compared to Kirby, Dyson and robot-vacuum I owned
Unfortunately I got lured by good reviews and decided to get this a chance. What I’ve got was a big disappointment mostly due to low suction power. It stated that this vacuum is 17 Kpa, what is twice more powerful than my dyson v7. But in reality it turns out to be even weaker, only on highest suction mode it can be close to dyson. Maybe it’s because of the design of main tool, which makes it very ineffective to pick up large debris like cherry pits, same as with my robot vacuum grooming. It works well with a dusty hardwood floor, but isn’t so good with any type of carpet. As a result, my daily vacuuming with this device collected much less than Dyson.Other pros and cons:The crevice tool is too short to reach hard reach places, it’s flimsy, cheaply made. The trash container is narrow, you must use fingers to clean it up. Also it required efforts to settle container on the vacuum body properly, it popped a few times and all dust poured on the floor.Led lights are ok on bare floor but disturbing and absolutely useless while vacuuming carpets. It’s bright as hell so it’s hard to see what you are vacuuming. The main tool is small and maneuverable which I liked, but as I said, it was obviously made for bare floors. The bristles are too soft for carpet. Plastic isn’t best as well, it was all scratched after first cleaning. The rotating shaft looks soooo unreliable. It’s made of thin plastic, I doubt it would last long. The good thing that this vac is lightweight, has a charger level indicator, charges fast and it’s not noisy. Dyson v7 is quieter but this vac is acceptable for me.Bottom line is it’s not as magical as described at all and it’s overpriced for what you get in my opinion. I returned it.

battery does not last
Bad: battery only lasted a few years and now only works for 5 minutes. Initially lasted 25 minutes. Never worked that well on the low setting. When it runs out you are sunk. Good: cordless, light in front is great you can see how well it is picking up the dust and dirt, had good suction on high (for a while), was easy to clean.

One Change I Would Make If I Could
This is a great cordless vacuum for "in-between" cleaning, when you do not want to drag out the larger, corded, heavy and more powerful vacuum cleaner. I love the design; it is well-made and feather-light, and thus very easy to maneuver, particularly in tight places like under the dining room table with the chairs all around. I don't have to move the chairs to vacuum underneath. There is just once change I would make if I could. Since I predominantly have carpet in my apartment, as well as three shedding cats--one of which is a Maine Coon, I need a stronger/stiffer beater bar brush. The one that comes with this vacuum is more designed for hard surfaces (to sweep and perhaps polish a bit). When you have carpet and/or rugs with embedded cat hair, you need something that will groom/brush the carpet and pull up this hair. (This doesn't do such a great job with pet hair.) I have seen similar cordless stick vacuums to this, perhaps not always with as strong suction, that come with two beater brushes--one for hard surfaces and one for carpet/rugs. I really wish they had done that with this vacuum. Then it would pretty much be perfect! I hope Puppyoo will consider making this available as an add-on part. I would definitely purchase it!

Great Vacuum
This vacuum is easy to use and is convenient . I use it to clean tile and hardwood floors. So far, it has performed very well and there has not been any problems. The battery life is long, it is light weight making a worth every penny. I own two dogs and they shed their everywhere. The vacuum really helps me clean the mess up. There are two sucking speeds one low power and one high power.
