Taylor Cable 82205 ThunderVolt 8.2 Spark Plug Wire Set, Red

Works really great. I'm glad I've changed it from stock from 95000miles. Idels better. throttle response is better. I will recommend this brand 100%　I use this brand in my other classic SBC. It was day and night difference.

First off I would take pictures and let everyone see just how beautiful these plug wires are on a Chevy engine , but I don't give access to anyone to my phone.. I had issues with my 04 Silverado 5.3 not running correctly bad misfire throwing codes started diagnosing and adding the following.. Bosch double iridium spark plugs , part # 9602 , also put new injectors and new coils ZZPERFORMANCE!! LSX high voltage Square Style !!! Wow !! New MAP sensor, new cam sensor, new crank sensor, and of course the Almighty Taylor 8.2 mm thundervolt performance ignition wires !!! Part # 82205 .. She just rolled 200,000 MI and she runs better than the day she was brand new No Doubt...! Best $300+ I've ever spent on this truck..

Good value, good resistance readings, about 35ohms per wire, compared to the stock these are night&day.. looks good, but make sure to keep your heat sleeves from the old ones, these don't come with them.The ONLY reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they came a bit longer than what was needed, get the shorter (9inch I believe) if you can find them, because of the extra 2 inches I have to curl them to keep them looking neat and the one closest to the steering shaft has to be curled more than the rest.

These fit my 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the 5.3L V8 perfectly. You have to watch out though and make sure you have the square coils, instead of the round ones. These are just as easy to install as any other spark plug wires, but these being made in the United States just makes it all that sweeter when doing so.

The wires that are listed to fit my vehicle did not, but these were long enough to fit properly. If your vehicle has the square coils these wires are the correct ones for 2004 full size GM trucks with 5.3 L. The wires are constructed very well also.

Had original Coils on H2 Hummer. Installed these, performance is back.

I haven't really noticed any improvement in performance or fuel mileage but they do transfer the energy to the spark plugs just as intended. They look nice and are made in the good ol' United States so that's a positive! Unsure if I would buy them again but I am satisfied with the way they work now.
