I began giving this to my husband who has saidh (hyponutremia) because the 4000 mg salt he was told to consume was making him sick. So this combined with himalyan salt balances things out.

So far so good! I use them playing golf to stop cramping on hot humid days. So far, no cramping!

Bought this product 2 years ago and I still have it. Very good. I used for my long runs and hard trainings as I am a person who lost a lot of salt in cardio exercises and my body digested very well this product.

I think these tablets are okay. From what I can tell, they help me with my workouts. However, the tablets aren't super easy for me to swallow, and there feels like a salty after-taste. I'd still use them for workouts but also use other more flavorful salt chewable tablets.

My symptoms are exacerbated by heat and upright activity, and heading south into Central California, I was sure that I would be sick the whole time.Using these capsules with other health aids (constant electrolyte drinks, other extra fluids, compression stockings, and activity moderation) enabled me to enjoy myself on a vacation for the first time in years despite my health condition. I took the maximum pills on the busiest days, and I was still sitting up at dinner time, and sometimes helping a bit too. Mild activity (just standing up, actually) in the heat can make me bed-ridden for days, so I was so happy to be able to enjoy the trip. I still wasn't hiking or able to take walks, but I wasn't sick in bed either.I've used the capsules all month, and now that I've run out, I can feel the difference and am anxious to start using them again. I'm just not able to get enough salt in my diet alone. These provide enough extra salt and electrolytes to tamper my POTS symptoms.

It's great to stop legs from cramping taken regularly

I’ve used these a couple times during 5Ks, and I have noticed a positive affect on my performance. However, I tend to get cramps after I take these and during the middle of my races, but then they go away. I gave these 3 stars because of the amount of pain they caused me a few times.
