Arrived with Rust – Disappointing Quality
I was really excited about the design and brushed gold finish of this bidet sprayer, but unfortunately, it arrived with rust on the nozzle. For something advertised as stainless steel, this was really disappointing. The water pressure is good and installation was easy, but the rust straight out of the box makes me question the overall quality. Not what I expected for the price.

The reason I've rated as such the lever that you push doesn't even work as soon as you turn the tap on it fires at full power without any adjustmentWhats worse is even if you let the lever go it doesn't slow down at allThe only thing that is high quality is the pipe everything else is bad

Failure
The valve did not work,leaking both ends and unfortunately I had to call plumber twice,once to install then to unstall.Cost me twice .Very dissapionted

Not value for money
Not happy with this product metal part came lose and than the plastic hose pipe burst. The shower holder is not very good either.....
