Mostly good
This thing is kind of great because I have noticed that this compartment quickly became an unorganized bucket. With this organizer, I can keep my sunglasses and small items easily accessibly. It wish it were easier to pickup because I also realized that it was a chore to grab anything underneath it. So while it added some convenience, it also removed convenience of grabbing anything stored underneath which was more often than I expected.

Blocks cell phone compartment
Cheap and works as advertised, but gets in the way of lifting the cell phone compartment. The tray needs to be removed in order to flip the cell phone tray up to access the USB ports.

Great use of the Tesla Model 3 storage space
The large center console is too big to store typical glove compartment items. There is no place for your sunglasses and loose change. This unit solves that problem. It fits great and is very easy to remove to access the space below. This is so useful it should have come with the car!

I really like this tiny little tray. It goes over the top of the big "bin" in the center console and makes a nice spot for random things.
