Crushed background - unusable
Sadly, the product seems good quality in terms of thickness of paper, however the paper has just been rolled with foam in the middle and placed into a plastic bag. This has resulted in a crushed and mangled backdrop that is unusable. Really disappointed that I cannot use this at all and would like a refund please. Perhaps think about moving to cardboard tubes for protection of your products. EDIT - upon further inspection, the image is really poor quality and very out of focus.
