I definately recommend trying this product.
I had been taking 5 capsules of a different brand of fiber supplements. They had to be taken 2 hours after & 2 hours before taking other medications. With this product you only have to take 2 capsules and they do not interfere with my other medications which have to be taken 4 times a day. Very importantly before using this supplement my stomach would rumble loudly constantly, after 1 week taking this which contains probiotic acidophilus the rumbling has stopped and my digestion has improved. I strongly dislike taking pills so anytime I can take fewer is a large bonus in my opinion, also it is significantly less expensive.
