Time and effectively is important for us.
I should have a discount from the mistake you made that make my customer wait longer than expected .My customer gonna have to rent a saw to do his work.He loose money and time i lost effectively. In the construction business time is important and the same in the repair business. That does not mean I will not do business with you but be in my shoes . Time

Perfect running straight out of the box
First time I have ever bought a carburetor that worked straight out of the box. So impressed I ordered the same one again for another saw

Product was not as pictured, bearings was not included. It did not state bearings in description. Was missing crankshaft But service personnel Amanda was more than willing to help.
