Mood changer for the better
So I have lost 3 pounds in a week and a half. My mood though omg! Before adding this to my routine I was going through a little of a depressive state. I had no energy, felt very alone, no motivation. It was actually affecting my job this went on for over a month. But I started this drink and three days ago I could see total flip, I am jogging, work life has soared since, my mood is back to my normal happy self. I am more than a happy customer and have already bought another box to continue the progress this drink has given me. Increased Energy is a Bonus in Life
After several days of starting this I really noticed increased energy & I love this. I even donated blood & usually the day of & day after, I'm like a rag doll but I got so much accomplished & the taste is delicious!

This works really well. It curbs my appetite and it taste really good. Has helped with my weight loss journey.

Rip off
It did absolutely nothing for me. Unlessyou never have caffeinw,it has 119 milligrams of caffeine. Energy drinks or a cup of coffe have at least that much or more. I would say it is false advertisement and a rip off. You are better off getting the flavored caffenaited sticks feom the grocery store or Milo added to your water.

Great stuff
It has helps me get focused and I’m not hungry all day. I take one in the morning and one early afternoon. I started challenging myself to eat better and get back on track to be the better me in walking more , ect. I used this in the past and it helps me get back on track when I fall off track. I’m human and go back to my old ways sometimes. So glad I found this product to help me get started on getting back to where I want to be. 🙂

Works but gives jitters and headaches
First off, the taste is great. It does work in helping curb cravings however it gives me major headaches and super jittery and unable to settle down at night. I tried doing half a dosage a day and it was less jittery but still got them and headaches.
