Excellent knife!
I have been doing sushi for about 35 years, and was a commercial fisherman when I was younger. This knife is great for filleting fish, but also great for working in the kitchen cutting fish and other prepping tasks for making sushi rolls, and cutting the rolls themselves.Easy to keep sharp, clean and care for, all around a great value for the money!

Inaccurate picture
It is not the coated knife, just the standard. Still a great knife. The seller needs to update their picture, one of the biggest reasons I bought it was because I thought was coated.
