Great piece of equipment
The media could not be loaded. Only received yesterday but this machine is fab. I've used it standing and couple of the other exercises, lower legs (video attached) and press up. Will definitely be using this twice daily. U can choose the program and intensity of the vibration. Still finding my way with machine, but brilliant so far.

Feels strange. Not using it that often at the moment. Grandchildren use it more than I do. They love it. Every part of body shakes when using it.

Smells of Toxins
Seems to be ok. As already said - the instructions are poor. My big complaint is the smell of toxins from the plastic is just horrendous. It needs to be left in a room with th windows open.
