Direct replacement on trans gas furnace

Bang for buck
Goodman air handler already had a aftermarket transformer installed, fan would not come on intermittently. This was a third the cost of an original replacement. We went for it and it works just fine. Inexpensive fix for my 24yr old central ac that blows colder than the new junk.

After moving connectors from original, this transformer is nearly a drop in replacement for our Pentair Sta-Rite Max-E-Therm pool heater. Keep in mind the 208 volt lead is not used here and is not connected to anything.

The product to spec saved me hundreds of dollars
These inexpensive Transformers are common to all HVAC systems. Be certain that you get the correct specification and design and your all set. Installation is straightforward. Labels are on the item themselves regarding proper connections to be made. And I have never before replaced any electrical components in an HVAC system. And I'm warm and happy as I type this.

Dead as a door-nail
The transformer was dead on arrival.The return was handled well.I'd recommend staying away from these cheap Chinese made transformers. This was the second China made transformer for a different seller that was bad. I ended up paying more locally, made in Vietnam, and it worked.Since this transformer didn't work, it's 1 Star from me.

Good quality
I ordered these for some diy projects. They tested at exactly 25v output from a 110v outlet. The input and output wires seem durable but I'm not sure I would max 40VA.
