Shoe rack.
The shoe rack comes with good package there was a bit disappointed by the technician he left the installation incomplete for 3 to 4 days. Then I contacted deckup customer care and infrom then they send the technician again to fix the door and now the product is so useful. Thanks to deckup

Had problems assembling the shelf Company sent a carpenter on my request and he fixed it for a small charge.

I didn't expect this quality
While purchasing I thought the panels will be thin but when I received the product n after installation it's very nice liked the quality but one thing they didn't give instructuon manual for installation we have to opt for service. only for this I'm giving 4 star r else 5 star

Could do better
Product is beautiful in the price it's offered. Not perfect though ... the legs/ stand required packaging without it the balance was a bit off .. Happy with the timely service & delivery... could be better as it's not very sturdy especially the back which is extremely thin.
