Not the cheapest cream out there but it does work clearing up any irritation and soreness quickly. I would buy again when needed.

Stings a weird amount and leaves a bit of a film on skin. Means it's less useful for me, but I'm sure wonderful for others' needs

Preserved by an NHS hospital but not available on NHS website so had to buy some. Will hopefully do the trick but only been using for a few days. Delivered next day and great price in comparison to chemist.

This is a miracle find for me. Am a medical doctor and have tried my fair share of over-the-counter creams for dry, chapped hands and this beats all hands down. The 20% zinc content is probably the key and the fact that it formulated specially for skin that is contaminated makes it additionally helpful. Its particularly good for skin cracks in hands from DIY and magically heals such cracks overnight. It feels rather dry when it goes on but this can be circumvented by slathering on a layer of moisturiser if required. A little pea-sized quantity goes a long way - enough for fingers of one hand. This is an absolutely brilliant formulation and I congratulate the makers. Will definitely be buying it again. Perhaps the makers could consider making travel sizes.

The zinc oxide hand cream comes in large, 200ml tube. The cream is white and needs to be rubbed for a minute to get it into the skin properly. This cream has pleasant scent. It leaves thin barrier so when I go wet my hands I feel like water doesn't stick to it and the cream still remains on my hands. That's good because it will heal the hands longer not until first hand wash.This cream helps cure skin problems but I don't think it works as moisturiser as my hands feel a bit dry after using it. Maybe it's just me, didn't drink enough liquids lately...not sure. I think this cream is worth the £7.50 asking price but if you need two of these, buy the single creams not as twin pack, because twinpack costs here £30 for some reason, not £15.
